With nearly two decades of experience as a financial professional, Jariel guides individuals and families toward the retirement years they are eager to enjoy. He takes pride in helping clients realize they can often retire sooner than expected. He also works with families to help ensure generational wealth so they have assets and legacies to pass along.

Before founding Dumford Management Group in 2017, Jariel gained professional experience working as a computer technician and even running his own window-cleaning business. He holds life, health and annuity insurance licenses in the state of Ohio. His commitment to professional growth has earned him recognition in renowned outlets such as Kiplinger’s “Meet America’s Retirement Experts” and CBS, ABC, FOX and NBC, where he has shared his retirement planning insights.
Outside the office, Jariel’s life revolves around his family. He lives in Hamilton, Ohio, with his wife, Amanda, their adventurous daughter, Payton, and their two beloved blue tick beagles, Bandit and Blaze. Jariel is a proud supporter of Payton’s pursuits in racing side-by-side UTVs in the Ultra 4 Series, where he serves as her co-pilot and mechanic, traveling the country to help her chase her dreams.
When Jariel isn’t working or racing, you’ll find him hiking, camping, volunteering in his community or perfecting meals on his beloved smoker.

Noah comes from a long line of entrepreneurial men and women and he is committed to helping individuals and families follow their retirement dreams. He brings a fresh perspective to the team as a marketing representative and draws from a diverse professional background that includes a family furniture store, a family-owned construction company and owning his own business.
Noah has had a passion for finance his entire life. He obtained his life, health and annuities licenses after his high school graduation. The opportunity to combine his communication skills with the world of finance is what drew him to Dumford Management Group.
Noah lives in Ross, Ohio, and when he’s not working, he most enjoys spending time with his family and meeting new people. When he’s not reading finance books to strengthen his knowledge or analyzing stock market trends, you can often find him on the golf course.
